A dropper clamp for fixing an electric car line is provided to increase the performance of work by fixing a staple and a latch to a messenger wire before coupling a fixing bolt and a nut when coupling the clamp and the latch. A dropper clamp for fixing an electric car line includes a dropper clamp staple(2), a dropper clamp latch(3), a dropper wire coupling unit, and a messenger wire attaching dropper clamp. The dropper clamp staple(2) forms each depressed inserting unit(8,8a) in a shape of a half circle at an upper end of a rectangular bolt insertion unit(6) and an upper end of a circular bolt insertion hole(7). The dropper clamp latch(3) is formed to be coupled to the depressed inserting units(8,8a) of the dropper clamp staple(2). The dropper wire coupling unit is formed to be coupled to a nut by inserting a dropper wire into the bolt after inserting separable bolt. The messenger wire attaching dropper clamp is composed of the dropper clamp latch(3) to be coupled with the dropper clamp staple(2), an inserting hole to couple the dropper wire, the separable bolt, and the nut.
