A winder for a paper tape is provided to effectively wind the paper tape by increasing friction force of a winding roller and the paper tape to prevent slipping of the paper pipe through a pressing roller. A winder for a paper tape includes a frame(10), a winding roller(530), a supporting axis(550), a traverse(510), a pressing roller(570), and a supporting piece. The winding roller is supported at the frame, and rotates by a driving member. The supporting axis supports the paper pipe to make the paper pipe rotate in contact with the winding roller. The traverse guides the paper tape to be sequentially wound around the paper pipe. The pressing roller is installed at the supporting axis to press the paper tape by its own weight. The supporting piece has a guide slit opened upward, and is fixed at both ends of the supporting axis. Both ends of the pressing roller are interposed in the guide slit of the supporting piece. The pressing roller presses the paper tape by its own weight.
