A solid filtering system which produces hygienic purified water and loess water more simply and easily by automatically supplying raw water and filter medium, separating the filter medium further efficiently, and filtering and recovering the filter medium and alien substances more effectively is provided. A solid filtering system comprises: a raw water storage tank(10) and a filter medium storage tank(11); a cartridge filter housing(12) which is connected to the raw water storage tank and the filter medium storage tank to receive raw water and filter medium, and which discharges filtered treated water after filtering the filter medium and other alien substances using a plurality of filtering and collecting means; at least one pump(13) installed on pipes connected between the raw water storage tank and filter medium storage tank and the cartridge filter housing to forcibly transfer raw water and filter medium. The solid filtering system further comprises: a collection filter(15) connected to a drain side of the cartridge filter housing; a ultrafiltration filter(14) connected to an outlet side of the cartridge filter housing; and a cleaning water storage tank(16) which is connected to an outlet side of the ultrafiltration filter and an outlet side of the collection filter, and connects the raw water storage tank and the filter medium storage tank to the cartridge filter housing.
