A parts supply apparatus is provided to improve durability and to stably convey parts by including a vibrating plate exciting vibration properly by selecting hardness freely. A parts supply apparatus(100) includes a conveying unit having a conveying path to convey parts. A vibrating unit supports the conveying unit. A fixing unit is installed as a separate member from the vibrating unit. One end of a driving member is mounted to the vibrating unit, and the other end thereof is mounted to a weight unit. The driving member is changed elastically. A vibrator generates stress by an electrical signal. A vibrating plate includes a horizontal plate installed horizontally and a vertical plate installed vertically. The vibrator is adhered to at least one side of front and rear sides of the vertical plate, and excites the vibration. Any one of the horizontal plate and the vertical plate is mounted to the weight unit, and any one is mounted to the vibrating unit. A bonding part of the horizontal plate and the vertical plate is thick.
