A public drainage line having a pump type drain outlet is provided to drain off a large quantity of rainwater smoothly by operating a pump evenly using a driving shaft and a power storage device. The public drainage line having a pump type drain outlet comprises a collecting well(10) buried around a road(12) to collect rainwater, a rainwater discharge pipe(20) connected to the collecting well to discharge the collected rainwater, a reciprocating block(30) attached to the road to be projected upward and provided with a rack gear(31) extended downward, a spring(40) connected to the lower part of the reciprocating block to ascend and to pressurize the reciprocating block, a pinion gear(50) engaged with the rack gear, a driving shaft(60) coupled to the pinion gear rotatively and connected to the pinion gear by a ratchet to rotate forward when the rack gear descends, a rotation limit device(70) coupled to the driving shaft to limit the driving shaft to rotate forward only, a power storage device(80) composed of a housing(81) formed in the cylindrical shape, a spring(82) installed in the housing and connected to the driving shaft and a rotary shaft(83) coupled to the outside of the housing to be located on the same axle with the driving shaft and rotated together with the housing, a transmission(90) connected to the rotary shaft of the power storage tank and provided with an output shaft(92), and a pump(100) provided with an impeller(103) connected to the output shaft of the transmission and installed in the collecting well to discharge the rainwater collected in the collecting well to the rainwater discharge pipe compulsively. |
