A surface coating method is provided to make the surface of a material smooth and glossy by pouring UV(Ultraviolet) paints on the material, disposing a poly film on the UV paint, and then rolling a roller on the film. The surface coating method for coating the surface of a material with UV paints by using a poly film fixed at a support and a roller after a priming coat step(S1) for applying transparent urethane paints on the base material such as wood, steel, acryl, and glass comprises the steps of: partially pouring the UV paint on the surface of the material after a priming coat step(S10); covering the upside of the material with the poly film(S20); positioning the roller on the upside of the poly film and entirely spreading the UV paints partially poured on the surface of the material, with rolling the roller(S30); curing the UV paints by using an UV emitting device(S40); and finishing coating the surface of the material by removing the poly film(S50).
