A speaker structure of a TV is provided to rotate an auxiliary housing, change a position of a speaker, and optimize a transmission angle of bass by embedding the speaker in a housing and embedding a woofer speaker in the auxiliary housing connected with the housing by a rotary part. A body has a screen. A housing(31) is mounted in a front surface of the body. A speaker(32) is fixed to the housing(31). An auxiliary housing(35) is mounted at one side of the housing and is combined and rotated with a rotary part rotated by itself. A woofer speaker is fixed to the auxiliary housing(35).
