An OLED(Organic Light Emitting Diode) display panel is provided to remove moisture and oxygen in the panel by forming an additional light emitting organic layer in an area except an active area and an area where a scan line and a data line pass. An OLED display panel includes a substrate(200). A bottom electrode pattern is formed on the substrate(200). An insulator defines a pixel area by exposing some area of the bottom electrode pattern on the substrate(200). A reverse-taper shaped separator is formed on the insulator between the pixel areas. A lengthwise direction of the reverse-taper shaped separator is perpendicular to the bottom electrode pattern. A light emitting organic layer is formed on the exposed transparent electrode pattern of the pixel area. An upper electrode is formed on the light emitting organic layer. A data line(120) electrically connects a bottom electrode to an external circuit on the substrate(200) to apply a predetermined electrical signal to the bottom electrode. A scan line(110) electrically connects the upper electrode to the external circuit on the substrate(200) to apply the electrical signal to the upper electrode. An excess organic layer(130) removes moisture and oxygen inside the panel except for an area where the structures are formed on the substrate(200).
