A block and a block installation structure are provided to fix blocks on the ground strongly and to couple many blocks mutually. The block installation structure comprises a primary block provided with a primary through hole, a secondary block provided with a secondary through hole, and a pin provided with a primary insert inserted to the primary through hole and a secondary insert inserted to the secondary through hole and connected to the primary insert. The block(100) contains a block body formed to be bent in the ∧-shape to have an opening(170) for vegetation and provided with a through hole(140), a mounting groove(150) connected to the through hole and fitted with a pin not to be separated from the through hole, projections(120) formed on two sides of the opening, a fitting groove(130) formed in the rectangular shape to insert two projections at the same time and a projection(160) formed to be bent correspondingly to the shape of the block body to function as a hanging projection for a worker not to slide on the block body.
