The turbine has a set of vanes (10) having a transversal section that has semi-parabolic edges and a free end (10`) arranged tangentially to a wall of a cylindrical chamber, where the turbine is made of plastic material. Each vane comprises semi-parabolic walls connected to each other by mechanical reinforcement elements which comprise tubular elements with circular transversal section.
