The device has a case (14) and a cover (13) movable in rotation around a rotation axis (YY`) with respect to each other between an open position providing access to a housing of a container and closed position. The cover has lateral segments placed on lateral sides of slides for guiding the cover with respect to the case. A button (16) is slidably mounted in a cavity of the cover and locks/unlocks the cover in/from the case.
