A PCB(Printed Circuit Board) for shielding an electromagnetic wave and preventing static electricity and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase the efficiency of electromagnetic wave shield and static electricity prevention by forming a second metal thin film to absorb static electricity discharged from the first metal thin film. A PCB for shielding an electromagnetic wave and preventing static electricity includes a substrate(100), a plurality of electrode lines, a barrier lines(120a), a first insulating film(130), a second insulating film(150), a first metal thin film(140), and a second metal thin film(160a). The plurality of electrode lines are wired on a top of the substrate(100). The barrier lines(120a) are formed in areas separately spaced apart from the plurality of electrode lines outwardly. The first insulating film(130) exposes and surrounds a part of each of the plurality of electrode lines and the plurality of barrier lines(120a). The first metal thin film(140) is formed on a top of the first insulating film(130). The second insulating film(150) is formed on a top of the first metal thin film(140). The second metal thin film(160a) surrounds each area of the exposed barrier lines.
