A resin composition which comprises (A) 95-5 wt.% polylactic acid resin and (B) 5-95 wt.% aromatic polycarbonate resin and, compounded therewith per 100 parts by weight of the sum of (A) and (B), (C) a polymer containing an acrylic resin or styrene resin unit grafted thereto, (D) a polymer with which a glycidyl compound or acid anhydride has been grafted or copolymerized, and (E) one or more compatibilizing agents such as at least one compatibilizing agent selected among oxazoline compounds, oxazine compounds, and carbodiimide compounds.
