A method for easily transmitting, sharing, and storing a file through a website is provided to enable users to simply transfer/share/store the file in the Internet by removing unnecessary network traffic and complex registration/login procedures for using a web hard disk service. If the user connects to a web server and inputs a value to an input window, it is determined whether the inputted value is the file or information. The file is uploaded if the inputted value is the file, and download is recognized if the information is agreed to a transfer code. When the file is inputted, the file is stored to a web hard disk, and the transfer code is randomly extracted and assigned to the stored file. When the user logs in to the web hard disk by using a user ID/password, a menu of a sharing database and a storage database is presented, and a group and the folder are generated in the sharing database. The ID/password is assigned to each group and is combined with the transfer code.
