A press injector for a medical fluid is provided to maintain the amount of the medical fluid discharged from a medical fluid pack constant by automatically injecting air into a tube by a motor until an air pressure setting value of the tube inputted in a control part becomes. The press injector for a medical fluid includes: a control panel programmed so that air is automatically injected and stopped according to a predetermined supply pressure of the medical fluid; an air generator for generating an air by a motor that automatically drives and stops according to a predetermined value inputted in the control panel; a medical fluid pack receiving part(4) formed on the outside of a main body(10) mounting the control panel and air generator; a tube(5) laid on the bottom of the medical fluid pack receiving part; an air inflow pipe of which one end is connected to the air generator and the other end is connected to the tube; and a cover(6) for regularly holding a receiving space of the medical fluid pack receiving part.
