An oil-water separator that can efficiently discharge clean purified water in which oil is not contained, and that can further prevent outflow of oil is provided. An oil-water separator(1) comprises: a container body(11) of which an inner part is divided into four vessels of a first vessel(11a), a second vessel(11b), a third vessel(11c) and a fourth vessel(11d), and which separates oil(B) and water(purified water)(C) from wastewater; wastewater supply mechanism(20) which has a supply pipe(21) disposed such that one end of the supply pipe is opened at the bottom of the first vessel, and which supplies wastewater from an opening of the supply pipe into the first vessel; an oil recovery mechanism(25) for recovering the oil gathered at an upper side of the purified water to the fourth vessel to discharge the recovered oil to the outside; and a discharge pipe(30) for discharging purified water in the third vessel to the outside by pressure of the oil and the water in the container body. The first vessel and the second vessel are divided by a first partition member(12) such that upper parts of the first vessel and the second vessel are communicated with each other. The second vessel and the third vessel are divided by a second partition member(13) such that bottom parts of the second vessel and the third vessel are communicated with each other.
