摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of measuring adenine nucleotide with proper sensitivity electrochemical system, capable of making the structure of the measurement device simplify, further miniaturization, and less consumption of electric power, and capable of making processing operation of the causative agent of the turbidity dispensed. <P>SOLUTION: The method of measuring adenine nucleotide includes: a process A which transforms adenosine triphosphate to adenosine diphosphoric acid by enzyme E<SB>1</SB>; a process B which transforms this adenosine diphosphoric acid and phosphoric acid donor P<SB>2</SB>into adenosine triphosphate and phosphoric acid donor P<SB>2</SB>, by which dephosphorylation has been carried out by enzyme E<SB>2</SB>; and a process C which electrochemically measures this donor P<SB>2'</SB>, by presenting oxidation-reduction reaction with this donor P<SB>2'</SB>. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
