<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely obtain a certain analysis result by automating complicated work in a method for separating and detecting nucleic acid or protein using a horizontal electrophoresis apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The horizontal electrophoresis apparatus comprises a supply, circulation and discharge mechanism of buffer solution, a supply and discharge mechanism of stain solution, and a scan mechanism capable of converting, into digital data, positional information of the nucleic acid or protein from the lower side of the horizontal electrophoresis apparatus to the inside of the horizontal electrophoresis apparatus and optical information such as color, intensity and the like of the place. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
