<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bone plate capable of finely adjusting the moving distance of a fractured part, quantifying a moving amount and being utilized for both pulling apart and drawing the fractured part. <P>SOLUTION: The bone plate 1 is composed of a plate-like body 2 extended in a direction over bone parts separated into two or more and is for fixing at least both ends and uniting the bone parts separated into two or more. The body 2 is provided with a slide mechanism 25, and the slide mechanism 25 comprises a slide oblong hole 3 formed by being extended in a slide direction at the position of one of the bone parts of the body 2 and provided with rack teeth 31 extended in the slide direction, and a pin 4 provided with a gear-like head part 41 to be inserted into the slide oblong hole 3 and engaged with the rack teeth 31 and a foot part 45 to invade into the bone part.
