<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reliable, high performance low-cost photoelectric converter which reduces a light condensing loss, improves a light usage efficiency in crystal semiconductor particles, and evenly bonds crystal silicon particles on the entire conductive substrate, and to provide a method for fabrication thereof. <P>SOLUTION: This photoelectric converter at least comprises a conductive substrate 11, and multiple crystal semiconductor particles 12 for photoelectric conversion. The crystal semiconductor particles 12 are bonded in a way that the height of each particle decreases gradually from the center of the principal surface of the conductive substrate 11 to the margin. To manufacture this photoelectric converter, the center of the conductive substrate is given a pressure higher than that of the margin in pressing multiple semiconductor particles 12 onto the principal surface of the conductive substrate 11, in a process of bonding them to the principal surface of the conductive substrate 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
