<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an infection detecting method of a hepatitis virus capable of simply and accurately detecting the infection of the hepatitis virus by setting sample serum to a low temperature state to measure the particle size distribution of colloid particles and detecting the presence of the infection of the hepatitis virus on the basis of the measured particle size distribution, and an infection detector of the hepatitis virus. <P>SOLUTION: The inspection detection method of the hepatitis virus has a process 205 for setting sample serum to a low-temperature state within a temperature range of 0-15°C, a process 206 for irradiating the sample serum with a laser beam, a process 207 for measuring the frequency deviation due to the Doppler effect of the laser beam reflected on scattered by colloid particles subjected to Brownian movement in the sample serum, a process 208 for calculating the particle size distribution of the colloid particles in the low-temperature state by calculating the particle size of the colloid particles related to the Brownian movement speed of the colloid particles from frequency deviation and a process 209 for detecting the infection of the hepatitis virus of the sample serum on the basis of the particle size distribution in the low-temperature state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
