PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum alloy brazing sheet capable of obtaining satisfactory brazability even when a Nocolok brazing process is used, also having excellent strength and corrosion resistance after brazing, and suitably usable as the fluid passage constitution material for an automobile heat exchanger. SOLUTION: In the aluminum alloy brazing sheet having a specified alloy composition and obtained by cladding a sacrificial anode material-a core material-an intermediate material-a brazing filler metal, provided that the number densities (piece/μm<SP>3</SP>) of intermetallic compounds with a sphere equivalent grain diameter of≤0.1μm present in the core material, intermediate material and sacrificial anode material are respectively defined as N<SB>1</SB>, N<SB>2</SB>and N<SB>3</SB>, both the number density ratios N<SB>1</SB>/N<SB>2</SB>and N<SB>1</SB>/N<SB>3</SB>satisfy≥1.5.
