PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gasket capable of suitably conducting and enabling appropriate fixation with a by structure. SOLUTION: The gasket 300 is provided with a sponge like member 310 including a through hole 317 formed of an elastic material and having an inner diameter equal to the outer diameter of a connecter, a projection 334B formed from the outer edge of the connector inward on an opening edge opposite toward to the panel opposite surface of the through hole 317, and first to fourth square plate-like parts 331-334 for electrically connecting the projection 334B and a grounded terminal panel.
