PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice signal memory device capable of automatically recording a voice signal relevant to a predetermined piece of music among voice signals input from the outside, and a method and a program for controlling the same. SOLUTION: The voice signal memory device 1 includes a storage processing section 11 for storing a voice signal input from the outside in a storage medium 8, and a control section 14 for storing the piece of music signal in the storage medium 8 by the storage processing section 11 when the voice signal is relevant to the piece of music signal corresponding to predetermined piece of music based on piece of music identification information 25 obtained beforehand to specify the predetermined piece of music.
