PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a tool, into a simple structure, for easily attaching and detaching a bulb installed upward at a high position beyond worker's reach. SOLUTION: A bulb replacement tool includes a handle bar 1 for rotating an axis line clockwise or counterclockwise, a chucking tool 2 for holding a glass bulb l<SB>1</SB>of a bulb L, a long sideways support frame 3, and a spiral spring 4 capable of being twisted to deform and restoring. The support frame 3 is supported in a cantilever state with a driving shaft 12 on the tip side of the handle bar 1, and the chucking tool 2 is mounted downward from the support frame 3 with a driven shaft 22. The spiral spring 4 is bent into an arc shape to be built between the main driving shaft 12 and the driven shaft 22, and the shaft rotation of the driving shaft 12 by the rotation of the handle bar 1 can be transmitted as the shaft rotation of the driven shaft 22 through the spiral spring 4.
