PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely discriminate a data requiring correction, by managing information indicating a version of software by which data is prepared, and information indicating a command used in the data. SOLUTION: The command is extracted from the object data, the version of the software by which the object data is prepared is detected, management information is generated while correlating information indicating the extracted command and the information indicating the version, and the management information is written in a recording medium. The object data including the command with a generated change is retrieved based on the management information having the information indicating the extracted command from each objective data and the information indicating the version of the software by which the object data is prepared, as to the plurality of object data recorded in the recording medium, by receiving an input of the information indicating the command with the generated change, and a retrieved result is output.
