PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a filler containing nano-carbon excellent in adhesion to a resin material and to provide the filler produced by the production method and a resin molded product excellent in various kinds of characteristics (e.g. mechanical strength). SOLUTION: The method for producing the filler comprises a mixture-preparing step for preparing a liquid mixture 2 by mixing a nano-carbon 11 and a resin 12 with a solvent capable of dissolving the resin 12, a spinning step for forming a fiber by continuously discharging the mixture from the tip of a nozzle by an electrospinning method and a cutting step for obtaining a filler 1 by cutting the fiber obtained in the spinning step, in the method for producing the filler 1 containing the nano-carbon 11 in the resin 12.
