PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a patch comprising a water-soluble support and a composition carried by the support. SOLUTION: This cosmetic or dermatological article comprises at least one support in the form of at least one sheet comprising fibers that are water-soluble at a temperature lower than or equal to 30°C, and at least one composition carried by the support and carrying at least one water-soluble gelling agent which swells in less than 30 seconds in water at a temperature of 20°C to 30°C.
