PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a natural matter-derived hair grower utilizing used tea leaves as hot water extraction residues resulting from tea leaves mass-exhausted as wastes, and to provide a hair grower enabling synergistically excellent effect to be exerted by mixing with another hair grower. SOLUTION: The first hair grower comprises as active ingredient an extract that is obtained by extraction with water of the raw or processed tea leaves of a plant belonging to Camellia sinensis(L.)O. Kuntze followed by extraction of the resulting residues, preferably used tea leaves of drinking tea, with an organic solvent to remove preferably glyceroglycolipids.
