PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet processor and an image forming device equipped with this sheet processor for providing an excellent outward appearance and excellent loading performance, when applying staple binding processing and folding processing to a sheet bundle. SOLUTION: The sheet bundle S stored in a sheet storage part 203 is thrust and pushed from a predetermined folding position by the first thrust plate 206, and the sheet bundle S is normally carried and thrust in a nip of first folding roller pairs 205 together with this first thrust plate 206, and a fold line F is formed. The sheet bundle S with the fold line F is inversely carried and returned to the sheet storage part 203 by reversely rotating the first folding roller pairs 205 together with a retreat of the first thrust plate 206. The sheet bundle S carried in a U-turn-shaped carrying path 215 is wholly folded up by inversely folding by second folding roller pairs 209 by thrusting in a second thrust plate 210 this time from the reverse side of the fold line F.
