PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a high speed operation of a machine without posing problems such as foaming in a vessel, disorder of a liquid surface or the like. SOLUTION: The high speed liquid filling machine has a conveyor 11 conveying a vessel C so that it stops orderly at the primary filling station S1 and the secondary filling station S2, the primary filling device 21 and the secondary filling device 22 arranged at the primary filling station S1 and the secondary filling station S2 respectively, a supply means supplying the same kind of filling liquid to the primary filling device 21 and the secondary filling device 22 respectively, and a controller controlling the filling amount of the primary filling device 21 and the filling amount of the secondary filling device 22 so that a sum of the filling amount of the primary filling device 21 and the filling amount of the secondary filling device 22 becomes equal to the inner capacity of the vessel.
