PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic reaction force type power steering device to improve rigidity in neutralization of steering without spoiling a light steering property at low speed. SOLUTION: The hydraulic reaction force type power steering device regulates forward movement of a pair of plungers for neutral rigidity improvement relative to a storage part at a position for making contact with both sides of a first radial direction projected part in the neutral state of steering, by providing: the first radial direction projected part 25 and a second radial direction projected part 26 on one of an input shaft 21 and an output shaft 14; the storage part 27 to store the first radial direction projected part and the second radial direction projected part free to relatively rotate at a specified angle on the other; a pair of the plungers 43 for neutral rigidity improvement to hold the first radial direction projected part by force of a spring 45 against the both sides of the first radial direction projected part; and a pair of plungers 51 for hydraulic reaction force to hold the second radial direction projected part against both sides of the second radial direction projected part.
