PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit drop of sealing performance at a part between bolts of a resin cylinder head cover or the like used under high temperature environment. SOLUTION: A thick flange part 5 is formed at an end edge of a thin side wall 4 of the cylinder head cover 1 and cylindrical bolt boss parts 6 provided at suitable interval are formed as one unit. Height of the flange part 5 in a bolt axial direction changes to be high at an end part 5a contacting the bolt boss part 6 and lowest at a canter part 5b between the bolt boss parts 6. When the flange part 5 between two points of which positions are restrained by bolts relatively thermally expands at a time of high temperature, force pressing down the center part 5b is generated and sealing performance near the center part 5b is improved. Thickness of the flange part 5 is large at the center part 5b to offset drop of rigidity accompanying reduction of height. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
