PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piping system according to which a water extraction valve is fully opened to insert a manual pump and residual water (40 liter) in a pipeline is pumped up to use as drink water in an emergency, and which is of a city water direct-pressure type and allows water storage. SOLUTION: According to the piping system, water flows constantly through the pipeline because a hosecock branching on the top of a water extraction pipe is usually used for garden watering, car washing, etc. For this reason, stored water never rots. When water is cut off in an emergency, the valve (1) on the top of the water extraction pipe is fully opened, and the manual water extraction pump is inserted up to the bottom of the pipeline to suck up 40 liter of residual water in the pipeline, thus secures drink water.
