PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate thermal insulation execution on a building in which the execution can be carried out easily on a slate roof or a wall by anybody in a short time. SOLUTION: It is enabled for anybody to carry out the thermal insulation execution on the building easily and in a short time by making use of the existing shape of construction materials and a metal piece A shown as an example, without modifying the existing building or the construction materials. Since there is no need for adhesion, additional processing or additional work on the construction materials or the building, the construction cost can be reduced considerably. Further, since the thermal insulation material used here is commercially available and has general specifications, the effect similar to the one obtained through the conventional thermal insulation execution can be expected.
