PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolyzed reduced water generator for farm products, water for foliar application, soil irrigation water or water irrigated into soil, and a cultivation method of farm products which can reduce troublesome farming labor due to water storage and sprinkle water, and prevent generation of oxidation of metallic parts and salt damage due to oxidized water, and generation of leaf scald and growth inhibition of farm products due to reduced water. SOLUTION: The electrolyzed reduced water generator for farm products which generates electrolyzed reduced water of a reduction system by electrolysis of water comprises a water storage tank 5, an electrolytic cell 1 having an anode side electrode and a cathode side electrode, and electrolyzing water retained in the tank, and a circulation mechanism connecting between the water storage tank 5 and the electrolytic cell 1 to circulate the water in both devices. In the cultivation method of farm products, the electrolyzed reduced water obtained by the electrolyzed reduced water generator for farm products is used in one or more processes of water sprinkling process, a process for water irrigation, and a process for water irrigation into soil.
