PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the fraudulent exchange of the microcomputer or the like of a game controller. SOLUTION: When acquiring ID data from a game machine 10(S21:YES), a hall computer 20 discriminates the classification code (S22), and when the classification code is erroneous (S23:NO), displays a classification code error at a display part 23 (S24). When the classification code is not erroneous (S23:YES), the propriety of an identification code is judged by performing collation with ID collation data (S25), and the judged result is displayed at the display part 23 (S26). When the game controller 11 or a one-chip microcomputer is fraudulently exchanged, since correct ID data are lost, the hall computer 20 judges that the ID data sent out from the game machine 10 are not appropriate and displays that.
