<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound that concurrently has superior flowability and magnetic characteristics and is used for manufacturing an injection molding bonded magnet, and to provide its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The compound for manufacturing an injection molding bonded magnet is constituted of R-Fe-B based magnet powder, which is constituted of a particle assembly (the aspect ratio of individual particles is in a range of 0.3 to 1.0) having prescribed particle size distribution, and thermoplastic resin as the resin binder. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
