<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a member selection apparatus, its method, and a program therefor, capable of selecting members of a project, while taking the working burden of personnel registered in a database into consideration, and of executing progress management for the project subsequent to the selection of the members. <P>SOLUTION: When new development information is input, a candidate-extracting part 14 extracts the corresponding personnel, confirms the working status of the personnel extracted, and determines whether they can be registered as members of a new project. The personnel, decided as being capable of registering is presented as the candidates for members of the new project to a user. When the user selects appropriate persons, a registration managing part 16 registers the new project's development information and member information in a project management DB 30, informs the members of this, and starts management of the progress status. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
