<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an object action detection/report system, an object action detection/report method, and an object action detection/report program, in which the passing time of a student at a predetermined position and a real image at the time of passing can be confirmed. <P>SOLUTION: An active tag detection part 5 detects an active tag which enters within an active tag detection range, and reads and transmits an object ID stored in the active tag, the passing time and the like to a center device 7 through a server communication part 65. A passive tag detection part 4 detects a passive tag which enters within a passive tag detection range, and transmits an identification ID of an object stored in the passive tag, the passing time, an image taken by an IP camera 2 at the time of detection and the like to the center device 7 through the server communication part 65.
