RADIO COMMUNICATION SYSTEM USING ELECTRONIC TAG

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select an electronic tag as a communication target to communicate with it without respect to fluctuation of communication circumstances and to detect an accurate position of the electronic tag.

SOLUTION: This radio communication system is constructed of a reader/writer 101, which can precisely detect the position of an article management electronic tag by making communication synchronously with communication circumstance checking electronic tags 301-324 previously installed around the electronic tag stuck to an article and the like for article management and the like and article management electronic tags 351-356 and associating them with the positional coordinates of the communication circumstance checking electronic tags; and reader/writer antennas 111-114 following the reader/writer 101. The reader/writer antennas 111-114 occasionally detects fluctuation of communication circumstances due to change of an environment around the reader/writer and the reader/writer antennas and can control an area allowing communication by the reader/writer 101 based on the detection result.
