摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floatation thickening plant capable of improving the recovery rate of a solid and achieving the reduction of an initial cost and running cost by efficiently and rapidly discharging the concentrated liquid of the floated solid. <P>SOLUTION: The floatation thickening plant is equipped with: an oxidation column 1 which oxidizes the dissolved component in the liquid supplied from below by bubbles of air to precipitate the dissolved component as the solid on the surface of the bubbles, makes the solid together with the solid already included in the liquid float upward by the bubbles to concentrate the liquid, makes the concentrated liquid of the solid flow out via overflow pipes 5, 6 from an overflow port 4 and discharges the non-concentrated solution after the removal from a liquid suction opening 7, thereby concentrating and removing the solid in the liquid; and a storage tank 2 having the configuration that the concentrated liquid made to flow out of the oxidation column 1 spouts to the inside. In the floatation thickening plant, a plurality of the overflow ports 4 are arranged near the periphery of the oxidation column 1 at an upper part of the liquid suction opening 7, and the overflow ports 4 are connected to each of the plurality of the overflow ports 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
