PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger capable of efficiently carrying out heat exchange while using a non-azeotropic mixed coolant containing carbon dioxide. SOLUTION: In the heat exchanger, the non-azeotropic mixed coolant R containing carbon dioxide is passed through a plurality of heat exchange tubes 12, and heat exchange is carried out between the coolant R and air A. The heat exchange tubes 12 are arranged in parallel with each other in a state of arranging length directions in parallel with a flow direction of the air A.
