PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile phone capable of easily retrieving outflow onto the Internet by efficiently performing retrieval at a storage destination. SOLUTION: When a camera part 15 performs photographing, a control part 13 embeds an ID inherent to the mobile phone in a terminal ID storage area of a memory part 14 in the photographed image and prepares an image with electronic watermark. The control part 13 stores the prepared image with electronic watermark in an image storage area 142 of the memory part 14 and discloses the image onto the Internet through a radio part 12 and an antenna 11. The control part 13 accesses the Internet through the radio part 12 and the antenna 11, uses the ID inherent to the mobile phone in the terminal ID storage area 141 of the memory part 14 to retrieve the image, and detects the image by checking the electronic watermark embedded in the image.
