PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile wireless communication device which is made compact and is improved in operability and durability by adopting a crank-type FPC. SOLUTION: The mobile wireless communication device comprises hinges for joining two housings together so that they can be folded, a flexible printed circuit board having a crank-like structure for electrically connecting the two housings, and protecting means for protecting the end faces of the flexible printed circuit board from contact with the hinges.
