PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leakage location inspecting structure for a buried gas pipe, which can inexpensively inspect and specify a leakage location of a gas in the buried gas pipe, without damaging the gas pipe nor any stopper. SOLUTION: The leakage location inspecting structure is characterized by a method comprising: preparing an in-pipe pressure inspection gauge for inspecting a pressure in the gas pipe after sealing one aperture of the buried gas pipe; inserting an insertion-use jig and a stopper having a stopper pressurizing tube into the buried gas pipe; sucking the other aperture in an inspection zone to pull the insertion-use jig; coupling the stopper pressurizing tube with a stopper evaginating means to form a sealed zone between itself and an airtight testing stopper; and inspecting existence of the leakage of gas while widening the sealed zone by gradually moving the position of the stopper toward the other aperture.
