PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger having a structure of a bracket capable of rigidly fixing a heat exchanger body to a fixing member side, and capable of preventing breaking of a header due to external vibration or the like. SOLUTION: The heat exchanger provided with the header, and the bracket having a junction part joined to an outer circumference face of the header and a fixing part to be fixed to a fixing member side, is characterized by that a thin part is provided between the junction part and the fixing part.
