PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To project in vivo information on the body surface of a patient following the movement of the patient and to protect the privacy of the patient. SOLUTION: The inside-human body information projection system includes a computer. The computer acquires a far infrared ray image photographed by a thermal camera 14, detects the position and posture of a thermal marker 18 from the acquired image, and specifies the patient equipped with the thermal marker 18 for instance. The computer estimates the position and posture of the patient from the position and posture of the thermal marker, calculates the projection position of the 3DCG model of the in vivo information of the patient for instance matched with the position of the patient, and deforms the posture of the 3DCG model matched with the posture of the patient.
