PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease the amount of an anti-offset powder sprayed on the surface of papers under a bar-stacked condition in a printing machine. SOLUTION: A polarized particle composed of a dielectric material, a piezo-electric material, a pyroelectric material or a ferro-dielectric substance is mixed in the anti-offset powder for printing. The powder charged in a spraying process is attracted to the different polarization face of the polarized particle, and the charge is neutralized on the surface, and scattering of the powder to the surrounding environment is suppressed to decrease deterioration of the environment. In addition, as the neutralized face reaches the paper face without being influenced by the surface of the paper having a charged part, ununiformity of the amount of spraying per unit area is relaxed, and the amount of the powder sprayed and the amount of the excess powder can be decreased.
