The invention concerns a connecting device comprising a tubular body (100) including a plastic portion provided with a member (5) for anchoring the tubular body in a first conduit, the anchoring member being made of metal. The anchoring member is secured to a metallic support element (1) which is coated at least partly with a plastic coating (9) compatible with the plastic material of said portion of the tubular body and which is connected to said part by a local weld seam of said portion and of said coating. The invention also concerns a method for making such a connection.
